Vet Tech Assistant Responsibilities:

Basic grooming Answering phones & helping with front desk duties as needed Patient handling and restraint Basic animal care Monitor patients Operate blood machines Surgical patient monitoring: anesthesia and vital signs Help with x-rays Assisting doctor in surgery and exam rooms Basic cleaning Must have exceptional customer service skills Must excel at multitasking Must be responsible, dependable, & hardworking Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and to stand for long periods of time The right applicant must be able to work well in a team environment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a dedicated work ethic, provide excellent client/patient care, and be willing to learn from our team.
