About You You'll play an important role in both the patient and client experience, supporting exceptional care from check-in to discharge. This hybrid position combines hands-on veterinary assistant responsibilities, including patient restraint, outpatient treatments, and laboratory support, with client service duties such as welcoming clients, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a positive experience throughout every visit.
