Veterinary Assistant - Full Time Seacliff Animal Hospital | Huntington Beach, CA Seacliff Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team! We are an established veterinary hospital with a great clientele, caring for dogs, cats, and some exotic pets. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable person who enjoys working with animals and wants to be part of a supportive veterinary team. Candidates should be comfortable with basic animal handling and restraint. We trend toward Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to compassionate patient care. Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: Venipuncture and blood draws IV catheter placement IV injections Anesthesia monitoring Radiology and patient positioning Taking thorough patient histories Preparing and filling medications Assisting with treatments and procedures Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, willing to learn, and works well as part of a team.
