Kennel Assistant

VCA Valley Pet Resort is seeking an experienced Animal Care Attendant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our loyal clientele and providing the highest quality care to boarded and hospitalized pets. This is a full-time position offering approximately 35-40 hours per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone Scheduling appointments, checking pets in and out, and handling client questions and concerns Maintaining accurate records and processing payments Cleaning cages and maintaining a clean, safe boarding facility Feeding and caring for dogs and cats Walking dogs and monitoring pet behavior and comfort Bathing dogs Doing laundry and restocking supplies Assisting Doctors and Technicians when necessary We offer competitive compensation and great benefits for eligible employees, including medical/dental coverage, generous personal pet care discounts, and more!
