Duties Greeting clients (human and furry) with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow Answering phones and responding to emails with a smile (even when they can't see it!) Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and keeping things organized Processing external prescription requests Processing insurance pre-authorizations and claims Helping create a welcoming, calm, and friendly front office environment Assisting with rooming appointments, obtaining medical history, and assisting with medical treatments as needed

What We're Looking For:

Great communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude Ability to stay cool and collected when it gets busy At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary front desk or assistant role A team player who enjoys helping others and jumping in wherever needed Cross-trained in veterinary assisting
