Experienced Veterinary Technician/or veterinary assistant (p/t)

Animal Medical Hospital of Pasadena is a small 4 doctor practice who has been in the community since 1927, and we are looking for an RVT or experienced veterinary assistant. We have regular team meetings, and we believe that our team members are very important to the success of the hospital. We are hiring for part-time positions. We require at least 1 year of veterinary technician or assistant experience. They assist our veterinarians with the diagnostics and treatments of patients: monitoring anesthesia, performing lab-work, assisting with oral health procedures and surgery, as well as monitoring hospitalized patients. We also utilize digital x-ray, in-house lab work, and ultrasound to provide excellent medical care. We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We strive to provide in-depth education to our clients regarding the health and care of their beloved pets and we need caring team members to communicate this information.
