Job Description
Adobe Animal Hospital is is looking for a few members to join our expanding team. We are currently accepting and reviewing resumes for experienced veterinary assistants and RVT. We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated individual who values exceptional client service in addition to outstanding patient care. You should possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, have a high work ethic, and be able to multi-task with consistent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate has at least one year experience in the veterinary field. The skills you will be utilizing include, but not limited to:
Assistant:
- Ability to restrain cats and dogs gently and safely
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Phlebotomy
- Radiographs
- Client education
RVT:
- Administer medications, vaccines, and fluids
- Anesthesia monitoring and pain management
- Hematology, urinalysis, cytology, etc.
- Radiographs
- Dentistry, dental cleaning, scaling and polishing.
