1 year plus experience ofVA REQUIRED.
Must have worked in a veterinary office for 1 year. Venipuncture, IV catheters, SQ/IM/IV experience preferred, restraint/handling skills required.Duties include:
Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring Safely restrain animals and provide compassionate patient care Perform basic lab tests, collect samples, and take digital radiographs Administer medications and treatments as directed Maintain accurate medical records and support client communication Keep exam, treatment, and surgery areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Our veterinary technicians should be ready to: Grow as a professional and encourage the growth of others! Maintain a positive, supportive approach at all times, recognizing that remarkable results are achieved through teamwork and mutual respect. Anticipate the needs of DVM staff, promoting efficiency and teamwork. Ask for help and offer help to others. Share your knowledge, skills, and experiences with others.
