  • Part-time Fieldstone Veterinary Care is a full-service small animal hospital looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our thriving practice.
Fieldstone Veterinary Care strives to help our team members find a balance between life and work. The Veterinary Assistant needs to be passionate towards our patients, clients and staff. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. They would be a positive team player looking to support our amazing team and willing to continue their own education. The individual would be confident in rooming the patients, proper animal handling, and preforming daily tasks for a veterinary hospital and not opposed to helping in other areas if needed and wants to advance their skills to the next level. If you are a hard worker, able to multi-task, love working with animals and people, and are ready to advance your career skills then Fieldstone Veterinary Care looks forward to hearing from you. With the understanding that veterinary medicine is constantly evolving. While the love of our patients is never-ending.
Requirements:
Experience with proper animal handling and restraint Understands the importance of client education Compassion for our clients and pets Able to multitask Willing to cover other positions within the hospital Positive attitude and supportive team player willing to continue to learn Available to cover rotating Saturday shifts
