This is a full-time, benefited position and is considered essential personnel. This position requires a post offer health assessment. ground check will be required. Minimum qualifications: Vet Tech Level 1: High School Diploma; two (2) years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, handling and treating horses or one (1) years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, handling and treating horses in a veterinary academic teaching hospital. Certification/licensure as a Veterinary Technician is preferred, but NOT required. Vet Tech Level 2: High School Diploma; four (4) years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, handling and treating horses or two (2) years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, handling and treating horses in a veterinary academic teaching hospital. Certification/licensure as a Veterinary Technician IS required.

Work Schedule:

Hours consist of typically working five-(5) 8-hour shifts per work week. Typically assigned work hours are Monday - Friday, varying shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. as required by the service. This position may require working alternate shifts, holidays, weekends, or "on-call duty." Individual in this position is considered essential personnel, which may include reporting to work during Main Campus closures.

Expected Salary:
