Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking veterinary professionals to join family oriented team! Openings are for both receptionist and technician. As a team member, you will advocate for the highest standards in veterinary medicine and compassionately educate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. Duties include but are not limited to
  • Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries
  • Collect and record client information, including medical history and insurance details
  • Assist veterinarians with various procedures as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the veterinary field is preferred
  • Knowledge of animal physiology, veterinary terminology, and common veterinary procedures
  • Familiarity with vaccines, triage, pet care, laboratory procedures, dog handling, kennel operations is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and managing client records
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
