Veterinary Assistant

We are currently seeking Veterinary Assistants. Up to $17.50 per hour may be available depending on current skills/experience. Eligibility for health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Pet care discounts Veterinary Assistant Duties Provide excellent customer service care and communication for clients Maintain patient information and records Assist doctors and technicians with animal handling and patient treatments Answer phone calls and learn to triage client concerns Process payments Contribute to daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities Veterinary Assistant Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of 1 year experience working in a veterinary clinic is preferred Some Saturday shifts will be necessary Our most successful employees have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a group of varied individuals
