What You'll Do As a Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and managing a multi-line phone system Checking patients in and out Educating clients about preventive care and treatment recommendations Assisting veterinarians and technicians when needed Preparing exam rooms and maintaining a clean, organized hospital Processing payments and maintaining accurate medical records Providing compassionate support during both happy and difficult moments Every day is different, and you'll always have opportunities to learn and grow. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people Compassionate with both pets and their families Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable with excellent attendance A strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software A team player who enjoys working together toward a common goal Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus but are not required. Experience Experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with an outstanding attitude, excellent work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping animals.
