Sweet Dreams is a privately owned in-home euthanasia company helping families in need all over the metro Atlanta area as well as surrounding counties. We are the only such service that sends out doctor tech teams, in state of the art vans helping families say good bye to their beloved pets in the comfort of their homes, on their time, giving them the best experience possible at a difficult time. You must be proficient in IV catheter placement, gentle but safe animal restraint, and medical record keeping. But most of all you need to be able to connect with families in need and make them feel your compassion and expertise. You will leave each day from your home office in Dacula, your schedule will consist of 4-5 appointments, the route is predetermined by the time you arrive for your day. After you complete your appointments, the van returns to the home office. Weekend availability is a must.
Job Type:
Relief (these are 9 hour shifts, the technician arrives 30 minutes prior to the DVM to prepare for the day (stocking the van, printing forms, etc.) and leaves 30 minutes after the van shift (to restock the van if necessary, enter medical notes (if necessary) and any other ancillary tasks. Weekends required.
Salary:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 9 - 18 hours per week

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Veterinary experience: 2 years or more (Required)
