Veterinary Technician/.Assistant experience is required; any licensed or credentialed professionals will have priority for hiring. We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, and reliable employee for a full-time veterinary technician / assistant position. Pay within the advertised range depends on candidate's experience and skillset with eligibility for a raise after a 90 day orientation period. Position:

Full Time (40hrs), 4 x 10hr shifts, weekdays between 7:30AM-6PM.

•Weekends may be required in the future

What You'll Do:

Assist veterinarians during examinations and other medical procedures. Restrain animals safely and humanely Record patient histories and collect vitals Client Education Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments Perform laboratory tests and assisting with diagnostics Venipuncture, IV Catheter Placement, Intubation Perform and run anesthesia under veterinarian supervision Client Education Use a user friendly practice management software (Covetrus Pulse)
