Job Description
Veterinary Technician - Part-Time or Full-Time CHR (Cattle Health & Reproduction) - Mobile Large Animal Practice CHR is a mobile, cattle-focused veterinary practice serving local producers with high-quality herd health and reproduction services. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Veterinary Technician to join our team. What You'll Do Accompany veterinarians on farm calls to record data, process cattle, and assist with veterinary procedures Prepare for and clean up after farm visits, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready Support our retail store by helping customers and maintaining stock as needed Use computer systems to enter data, track herd health, and assist with record keeping What We're Looking For Comfortable working around cattle and helping with livestock handling Proficient with computers and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Works well as part of a team and can handle long days during busy seasons Previous cattle or veterinary experience preferred, but not required (we're willing to train the right person) Job Details Part-time or full-time opportunity Pay starts at $15/hour (negotiable based on experience) Seasonal workload : busiest in spring and fall Requires flexibility for occasional long days when needed If you're organized, team-oriented, and eager to support cattle health and herd productivity, we'd love to meet you.
