My Vet Animal Hospital is a private, independently owned neighborhood veterinary practice that believes in work/life balance and a commitment to gold

We are looking for a thorough and organized Certified Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
What we are looking for:

  • A computer-savvy, detail-oriented person to take the extra step in caring for our clients and patients
MAJOR JOB DUTIES
  • Analyze cytologies including urinalyses, CBC's, fecal floats, and skin scrapings
  • Surgical monitoring
  • Medication preparation, calculations, and administration
  • Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
  • Obtain diagnostic radiographs
  • Proper animal restraint
  • Vaccination preparation and protocol
  • Cleaning, polishing, and charting teeth during dental prophylaxis
  • Client education
  • Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the hospital and all equipment What's in it for you:
