Job Description

Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone. Check in clients and patients, gather information, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Handle client check-out and process payments. Communicate with clients about their pet's care, including providing information on procedures, aftercare instructions, and retail products. Handle inquiries with professionalism and compassion, especially in difficult situations like illness, injury, or euthanasia. Schedule appointments for various services, such as routine visits, surgeries, and boarding. Answer and triage phone calls, take messages, and relay information between clients and veterinary staff. Assist with cleaning and organizing the reception area, exam rooms, and other common spaces. Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians in providing care for animals Perform basic animal care tasks such as feeding, bathing, and exercising Clean and sanitize animal enclosures and equipment Restrain animals during examinations and procedures Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary staff Assist with diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and

$15.00 per hour
