Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience or formal training as a veterinary assistant or in animal care. Basic knowledge of animal handling and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification as a Veterinary Assistant (e.g., Approved Veterinary Assistant - AVA). Experience with medical record management software. Knowledge of common animal diseases and treatments. CPR and first aid certification for animals. Experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter.

Responsibilities:
