Monday-Saturday, 7:45 AM - 12:00
PM Advancement:
Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and clinic needs Responsibilities Greet and check in clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries Maintain accurate medical and client records Assist with patient intake, paperwork, and documentation Prepare and clean exam rooms between appointments Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and procedures Process payments and invoices Provide basic instructions to clients regarding pet care and medications Perform daily cleaning, stocking, and kennel duties Support the team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required) Experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or animal-related field Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology or animal care Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and practice management software No equine or grooming experience required, strictly small animal Training No prior veterinary experience is required. We provide structured on-site training for the right candidate who is motivated to learn and grow.
