$17.00-$22.00 per hour (Starting compensation is based on licensure, experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications.)

Strong animal handling skills are highly valued. Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary based on experience and licensure but may include: Patient Care Rooming appointments and obtaining patient histories Proper restraint and handling of patients Assisting veterinarians during examinations and procedures Venipuncture and laboratory sample collection Preparing in-house and reference laboratory samples Assisting with radiographs Vaccine preparation and administration Nail trims and anal gland expressions Filling prescriptions Client education and discharge instructions Surgery & Dentistry Preparing patients for surgery and dental procedures Cleaning, wrapping, and sterilizing surgical instruments Preparing surgical packs Monitoring anesthesia (based on experience and licensure) Assisting with dental procedures General Hospital Support Restocking supplies Maintaining a clean, organized hospital Supporting teammates wherever help is needed Helping create a positive experience for every client and patient Why Woodland?
