As we continue to grow, we are looking for a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join us. Job Summary We are hiring a Veterinary Receptionist / Assistant, a hybrid role that combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on clinical support. This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys working with both people and animals Stays calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in creating a positive experience for clients You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, while also supporting our doctors and technicians behind the scenes. What You'll Do Client Experience & Front Desk Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage check-in/check-out and process payments Maintain accurate medical records and client communication Clinical Support Assist doctors and technicians during exams and treatments Safely handle and restrain animals Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness Support basic lab work and documentation Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and able to multitask Calm, compassionate, and team-oriented Comfortable working with animals in a clinical setting Strong front desk skills including scheduling, communication, and client interaction Compassionate attitude towards animals and pet owners with a commitment to providing high-quality care Experience in a veterinary clinic, kennel, or animal care setting is a plus, but we are open to training the right person.
