Kimball Animal Hospital is primarily a preventative care hospital, and we also provide diagnostic procedures, surgical procedures and care for ill patients. We have in-house blood analyzers, digital xray (full body and dentistry), therapeutic laser therapy, multiple surgical areas to perform dentistry, general surgery and surgical prep with access to 3 anesthetic stations. Lift tables with scales provided in exam rooms to limit lifting of patients with a focus on low stress patient environment. We are seeking experienced veterinary health care team members. Veterinary Assistants provide vital patient care and work alongside our veterinary technicians and doctors. Feeding, walking and monitoring of pets in hospital and maintaining hospital cleanliness are a daily expectation. We also see small mammals and pocket pets. No exotic experience required. The veterinary field is busy and brings the unexpected, so we need a reliable team player willing to help others across other hospital aspects when needed. Included, but not limited to; client education and assistance and animal responsibilities when needed.
