Job Description

Part-Time Veterinary Technician/Veterinary Assistant Join Our Team! We are a new and growing small animal veterinary clinic seeking a motivated and caring Part-Time Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our team. We are excited to offer compassionate, exceptional veterinary care to the Crossroads District. We would love to add a new team member that shares our goals of offering clients and their pets friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized care.
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures Obtain patient histories and maintain accurate medical records Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery (technician candidates) Administer medications and treatments as directed Restrain and handle dogs and cats safely and compassionately Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and exam areas If you are passionate about animal health and enjoy working with both pets and their owners, we'd love to hear from you!
