Does helping clients bring you joy? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our privately owned veterinary practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and care. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of veterinary terminology and animal care, allowing them to confidently assist both pet owners and veterinary staff. Bilingual skills in Spanish or ASL are a plus and may qualify for additional incentives. As both an emergency and general practice, we operate on 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM). Please note that weekend availability is required. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.
