What We're Looking For:

Veterinary or Medical Experience:

Previous experience working in a veterinary or medical setting is preferred, as it gives you insight into the pace and nature of the work.

Reception Experience:

At least 1 year of reception or customer service experience is required, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

You'll be the voice and face of our clinic, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Team Player:

Our clinic is a collaborative environment, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, tight-knit team.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and phone systems is a must, as you'll be handling multiple digital tasks throughout the day.
