Ridgetowne Animal Clinic, a leading full-service small animal hospital, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Kennel Assistant to join our exceptional team. Kennel Assistant Location:

Ridgetowne Animal Clinic, Ridgeland, MS Schedule:

Full-time and seasonal. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Pay :

$12-$13 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Animal Care:

Walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, mopping, scooping poop, laundry and providing compassionate care for all dogs and cats.

Bathing:

Bathing dogs to keep them clean, healthy and happy.

Hospital Maintenance:

Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the hospital.

Support:

Assisting doctors and veterinary technicians/assistants as needed.

Requirements:

Passion for working with animals and a commitment to their well-being. Ability to lift pets & objects up to 40 pounds. Available to work a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays. Must be reliable and dependable. Previous kennel assistant experience is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years or older. Why Join Us?
