Then you need to join our Eno family. In this role, you will provide essential support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians in delivering high-quality care to animals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medical procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal welfare and a desire to learn and grow within the veterinary field. They will have a good communication skills and strive to help better the whole team. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during examinations and diagnostic procedures. Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment using aseptic techniques. Perform animal restraint safely and effectively during examinations or treatments. Monitor the health and behavior of animals in our care, reporting any changes to the veterinary staff. Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian. Provide basic grooming services, including, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. Maintain accurate medical records using veterinary terminology. Educate pet owners on animal husbandry practices and post-operative care. Ensure cleanliness of the facility by performing routine cleaning tasks. Experience Candidates should possess skills in veterinary critical care, animal physiology, dental terminology, intravenous catheterization, and have familiarity with veterinary terminology. A background as a veterinary assistant or professional animal care setting is mandatory. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, enjoyment in working as a teammate and a genuine love for animals are essential for success in this role.
