We've doubled our facility space and expanded our diagnostic capabilities to better support our patients and referring veterinarians.? Located in Knightdale, NC—just off I-540—we're a quick and easy commute from anywhere in the Research Triangle. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our Emergency Department, clients, and referring veterinarians. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between referring veterinarians who wish to transfer care to our hospital for emergency and ICU services. Demonstrate knowledge of veterinary medical procedures and terminology to effectively communicate with referring veterinarians and veterinary professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up for all referrals and communications. Support hospital operations with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of veterinary emergency experience required. Strong communication, organizational, verbal, and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure. EzyVet experience is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service is always expected.
