As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Veterinary Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced swine health team. If you enjoy working directly with producers, solving health challenges, and making a meaningful impact on animal agriculture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Do ✅ Partner with veterinarians to identify disease challenges through sample collection and on-farm assessments ✅ Build strong relationships with pig farmers and become a trusted advisor for their operations ✅ Develop and promote proactive herd health programs ✅ Lead producer education initiatives, including:- PQA+ Certification
- Site Assessments
- Secure Pork Plans
- Additional producer training programs What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of livestock industry experience
Required:
Previous swine industry experience- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Work Environment Agricultural swine facilities in rural communities Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions Some overnight travel required Hearing protection needed in certain areas Physical Requirements Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling Ability to occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 50 pounds Additional Requirements ✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✅ Willingness to travel as needed Apply today and grow your career with
