Provide proper animal handling and restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff. Perform laboratory tests Maintain cleanliness of kennels, examination rooms, surgical areas, and the clinic as a whole. Educate pet owners on proper care, nutrition, and medication administration. Use cloud-based computer software to input and update client and patient information, managing records, and invoicing. Answer phone calls and handle them professionally - scheduling appointments, taking messages for doctors and staff, answering questions, and providing quality customer service. Fill prescriptions Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary and customer service setting is required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong skills in animal handling and restraint techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members. A strong work ethic, desire to learn and help others learn, be dependable, have a positive attitude, and of course a passion for animals!
