We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Assistant to join our team and help us continue to deliver top-notch service to our furry friends and their families. What You'll Do as a Veterinary Assistant As a Veterinary Assistant at PetWellClinic
  • Union, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and happiness of pets.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting veterinarians during exams and procedures.
  • Handling and restraining animals safely and compassionately.
  • Preparing examination rooms and surgical areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
  • Communicating with pet owners to provide information and support.
  • Administering medications and treatments under the supervision of a veterinarian.
  • Monitoring and caring for animals before and after procedures. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who is:
  • Passionate about animal care and welfare.
  • Experienced with at least 1 year of working in a veterinary or animal care setting .
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator who can work well with both clients and team members.
