We are a veterinary service and are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented animal Caretaker/cleaner and all around helper to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. Must be able to, or be able to be taught how to trim dog and cat nails, clean their ears, brush matted fur, feed dogs and cats, medicate them, clean litter boxes, do laundry, prepare recycling, sterilize surgery instruments, clean and stock the facility with medicines and supplies, sign in clients to be helped, run IV pumps, etc. We are one of the busiest veterinary services in the country and we are looking to add to our incredible team. It is a starting position for those who seek a career in veterinary medicine. Training pay is less but automatic .50 p/hr raises are given every payroll until target salary is reached at currently $22.50, and thereafter .50 p/hr raise every year. Must be prompt, be medically fit, and have a real desire to help animals.
