Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills, experience with veterinary practice software is preferred Shift and schedule One weekend day is a must (there is a weekend differential paid for these hours) Variable schedule based on preference Job description
• Assisting DVM/ the Hospital with workflow of patient exams
• Client communication including laboratory reports, answering phone calls as needed
• Care of hospitalized patients
• Light housekeeping and administrative responsibilities
