Job Description
Full or part time veterinary assistant position. Candidates will be required to check patients in, take medical history notes, assist with patient handling, make follow up inquiries/calls, enter exam findings, schedule appointments, assist with treatments and dispense patient medications with doctor approval. Must be a good communicator, have good customer service skills, understand how to interact with dogs and cats as well as people. Excellent computer skills a must. Experience with dogs and cats required, experience in veterinary medicine is preferred, and in house training is available for the right candidate. Busy fast paced clinic looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team member. No nights or weekends, flexible schedule available.
