Toledo Humane Society's Family Pet Clinic is hiring for a full time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist. We opened our doors in April 2022, with a mission to provide quality veterinary care at an affordable price, and we are steadily growing. Our full service veterinary office is open Monday through Friday (no weekends!) and we close for an hour each day for lunch. We are looking for a customer service oriented candidate to work three days as an assistant and one day as a receptionist. Previous receptionist and veterinary office experience required. Primary job duties include supporting doctors and technicians in appointments and surgery, interacting and educating pet owners, anticipating needs, working with co-workers toward a common goal, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in & out and basic clerical duties.
Pay:
$13.00•$15.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
35•40 per week
Schedule:
8:00a-6:00p Tuesday•
Friday Requirements:
Must have experience as a receptionist, as well as working in a veterinary environment
