Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) / Experienced Veterinary Assistant Veterinary Specialty Center of Stillwater, LLC Join a Growing Surgical Specialty Team Veterinary Specialty Center of Stillwater is a state-of-the-art surgical referral hospital dedicated to delivering advanced, compassionate care to dogs and cats. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or highly experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Schedule Full-Time | 40 hours/week Tuesday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends Compensation $21.00 - $33.00 per hour Based on experience, skill level, and technical proficiency What You'll Do You'll play a critical role in delivering advanced surgical and nursing care, including: Assisting in surgery (including scrubbing in and supporting the surgeon) Administering and monitoring anesthesia Providing advanced pre- and post-operative patient care, including critical care cases Placing peripheral IV catheters and performing venipuncture Assisting with or performing advanced catheter placement (central, arterial, urinary) Running in-house laboratory diagnostics Obtaining diagnostic imaging (radiographs and CT) Maintaining accurate electronic medical records Ensuring hospital cleanliness and organization What We're Looking For RVT (preferred) or experienced veterinary assistant with strong technical skills Proven ability to safely restrain canine and feline patients Strong anesthesia knowledge and surgical experience Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Commitment to providing outstanding client experience Benefits We value our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package: 401(k) Continuing education credits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance License reimbursement Paid time off Professional development assistance Uniform allowance Vision insurance All expenses paid to the ACVS CE conference yearly (RVTs only) Why Join Us?
