Job Description

Join Our Growing 5-Star Veterinary Team! Ridgeview Veterinary Clinic is growing, and we're looking for Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants who want to be part of something special. Since opening our doors in June 2024, we've built a thriving, independently owned veterinary practice centered around exceptional medicine, compassionate care, strong relationships, and a genuinely collaborative team. Our clients have noticed—we're proud to have maintained a perfect 5-star Google rating, reflecting the experience our team works hard to provide every day. Now, with another veterinarian joining us in September, we're growing our team again and looking for exceptional people to grow with us. Why Ridgeview? We believe great veterinary medicine starts with a great team. At Ridgeview, we prioritize excellence, compassion, integrity, collaboration, and work-life balance. We've worked intentionally to create a practice where team members are valued, clients feel heard, and patients receive personalized, high-quality care. Our 5-star reputation didn't happen by accident. It reflects the work of a team that cares deeply about doing things well—from how we practice medicine to how we communicate with clients and support one another. As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who want to help us maintain—and build upon—that standard.
Who We're Looking For:
We are hiring Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants for full-time and part-time positions. Veterinary experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates without prior veterinary experience will be considered. For us, the right person is about more than what's already on a resume.
We value:
A positive, collaborative, team-first attitude. Strong communication and people skills. Compassion for patients and the people who love them. Reliability, initiative, and attention to detail. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to adapt and help where needed. A desire to continually improve. Pride in providing an exceptional client and patient experience. If you are experienced, we want to help you use and continue developing your strengths. If you are newer to veterinary medicine but have the right aptitude, attitude, and drive, we are willing to invest in the right person. Work Where You're Strongest—Learn the
Whole Hospital:
Everyone on our team is cross-trained in both reception/client service and clinical technician/assistant responsibilities. That doesn't mean everyone does everything equally every day. Team members typically work in the areas where their individual skills, experience, and strengths are best utilized, while cross-training gives us a versatile team that understands the entire hospital and can support one another when needed. We believe this creates better teamwork, smoother patient care, and more opportunities for professional growth.
What We Offer:
$18.50-$27/hour, depending on experience and skill level. Full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time eligibility beginning at 30 hours per week. Ridgeview pays 80% of the employee health insurance premium for eligible full-time employees. $100/month employer contribution to an HSA for eligible employees. Paid time off. Paid holidays. Uniform allowance. Continuing education benefits. Cross-training and opportunities to expand your skills. Opportunities for increased responsibility as the practice grows. A collaborative, supportive team environment. The opportunity to help shape the future of a growing, independently owned veterinary practice. Be Part of What We're Building. This is an exciting time to join Ridgeview. Our practice is growing. Our doctor team is expanding. And we're continuing to build a workplace where talented people can develop their strengths, learn new skills, contribute ideas, and feel proud of the care they provide. We've earned the trust of our community and a 5-star reputation, and we want team members who are excited to help us continue raising the bar. We aren't simply looking to fill a position. We're looking for people who want to help us build an exceptional veterinary practice. If you take pride in doing great work, value being part of a strong team, and want your contributions to matter, we'd love to meet you. How to
Apply:
We believe there's value in meeting people face-to-face. Please bring your resume and cover letter in person to Ridgeview Veterinary Clini c so we have an opportunity to meet you. If you live outside the area, we're happy to make alternative arrangements. Come grow with us—and help us continue building a veterinary practice our team and community are proud of.
