  • Dentistry Department Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center (EPVMC) EPVMC was founded on the belief that pets of the Lehigh Valley deserve access to advanced veterinary care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What started as a commitment to emergency medicine has grown into a collaborative specialty hospital where doctors, technicians, assistants, and client care teams work together to support patients with complex medical needs. As we continue to grow, our Dentistry Department is expanding. We are looking for a Veterinary Dental Assistant who thrives in a highly skilled environment and has a passion for patient care, attention to detail, and supporting advanced dental and oral surgery procedures. What You'll Do Assist with patient restraint, handling, and preparation for dental procedures Prepare and maintain dental treatment areas, instruments, and equipment Support anesthesia preparation and patient recovery Assist with dental radiographs, dental CT, and diagnostic procedures Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of dental instruments and equipment Stock supplies and assist with inventory management Assist with patient admissions and discharges Support client communication and education regarding dental care Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation Work closely with veterinarians, credentialed technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care What We're Looking For 1-2 years of veterinary general practice experience or equivalent role Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized department Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Pay Rate:
Starting at $18
