Assistant/Associate/Professor of Physiology - College of Veterinary Medicine Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine Harrogate, Tennessee Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) College of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for an Assistant/Associate/Professor of Physiology . This faculty position offers an opportunity to contribute to the education and development of future veterinary professionals within LMU's growing College of Veterinary Medicine. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for teaching physiology within CVM programs and will contribute to the academic mission of the University.
Design and deliver didactic coursework in physiology appropriate for veterinary and graduate program curricula. Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of basic science didactic and laboratory sessions within the College of Veterinary Medicine. Participate effectively in lectures, seminars, small-group discussions, and/or clinical assignments. Prepare examination questions and evaluate student performance. Develop an area of scholarship that enhances teaching and contributes to new knowledge. Maintain academic excellence and intellectual integrity in teaching and scholarly activities. Participate in faculty meetings and serve on appointed and/or elected committees as required. Complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports. Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students. Support and promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Veterinary Medical degree or PhD Preferred Qualifications M.S. in Physiology and/or specialty board certification are highly desirable.
