Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a busy environment. Duties Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones with a warm greeting and help with questions Schedule appointments Handle some incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, call backs, and pharmacy prescription call ins Maintain accurate records through data entry and knowledge of alphabet to file client files Check clients in and out, process payments (cash & card), and handle invoices Maintain accurate client and patient records Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technical staff Basic computer knowledge Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Comfortable working around animals of all sizes and temperaments Take initiative to learn new things Could be cross trained as a receptionist and vet assistant Be able to talk to clients and be empathetic Team work Morristown Animal Hospital, P.C. is a compassionate, fast paced privately owned veterinary practice dedicated to providing high quality medical care and exceptional client service. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
