Employee discount Application Question(s): Tell me about a time you completely misread a situation at work or made an assumption that turned out to be wrong. What happened and how did you realize your mistake? This is a small practice - just you and Dr. Pam most days. You'll have questions she can't answer right away because she's with patients. Walk me through how you'd handle a client calling to ask if their dog can have Benadryl for itching when Dr. Pam is in an appointment. On a scale of 1-5, how comfortable are you with constant task-switching throughout the day? (Not foot traffic busy - more like: you're updating a client file, the phone rings, you answer a question for Dr. Pam, go back to the file, remember you need to call about a prescription, then a client walks in.) 1 = I prefer finishing one thing completely before moving to the next 2 = I can switch tasks, but it stresses me out 3 = I'm okay with some switching if I can get back to what I was doing 4 = I'm comfortable switching tasks frequently 5 = I thrive on juggling multiple things and switching gears constantly
