Culinary Ambassador / Sales Associate

Job Overview Put your culinary skills to work outside of a kitchen! Ari's Pantry is a dynamic business that combines retail Italian gourmet markets, catering, cooking classes, and more! We are hiring for our newest location. As a culinary destination, Ari's Pantry seeks motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Ambassadors/Sales Associates to engage with our customers. The ideal candidates will have professional experience in cooking, catering, the culinary arts or have extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, or have worked as a chef. This individual will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive knowledgable support and assistance they need while shopping in our stores. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs, menu inspiration and meal prep.
• Maintain knowledge of products, Ari's Pantry published recipes and promotions.
• Cafe service (training provided) includes coffee, gelato and sandwich service.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Skills

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Store Hours:

7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Flexible Schedules Pay Rate:

Starts at $18.00 and once training is complete and you pass our Culinary Test, the rate is increased to $21. 00 an hour. Fun, Family Environment!
