Your dedication will ensure pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with animals while supporting pet owners and our veterinary team. Responsibilities Provide daily care for dogs and other animals, including feeding, watering, and assisting in procedures as needed. Maintain clean and sanitary kennels, cages, and common areas to promote health and hygiene Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques to prevent injury or stress Support technician tasks such as bathing, and nail trimming to keep animals comfortable and presentable Monitor animal behavior closely, noting any signs of illness or distress and communicating with veterinary staff as needed Engage with pet owners by providing updates on their pets' well-being and answering questions professionally handle laundry care by washing bedding, blankets, and towels through the day Qualifications Prior experience working with animals in a kennel, veterinary clinic, or pet care setting is highly preferred Experience with veterinary procedures or as a veterinary technician assistant is a strong plus MUST be able to lift 55lbs minimum Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a compassionate attitude toward animals Join us in creating a clean environment where pets feel loved and cared for!
