We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to the animals in our facility. Your primary duties will include cleaning, exercising, and ensuring the overall well-being of the animals under your care. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals.Duties:
Provide daily care for hospitalized animals. Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and other animal living areas. Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming. Handle animals safely and securely using proper restraint techniques. Maintain accurate records of animal care.Qualifications:
Strong passion for animal welfare and dedication to providing excellent patient care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and veterinarians. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic preferred, but not required. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged periods of standing or walking. Ability to handle animals of various sizes and temperaments with confidence and compassion.Benefits:
