Epic Veterinary Health | Jourdanton, TX and Surrounding Areas Epic Veterinary Health is a growing mobile veterinary practice providing mixed animal veterinary services throughout Atascosa, Wilson, Bexar, and the surrounding counties. We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician to join our small, tight-knit team. About Us We are based out of Jourdanton, Texas, and we operate out of a fully equipped mobile veterinary clinic capable of surgery, radiographs, dentistry, and more. We are a new practice growing fast, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Our team includes two doctors and a small support staff who genuinely enjoy working together. What You Will Do Assist doctors with mixed animal veterinary procedures, including surgery, dentistry, and radiographs Travel with the mobile clinic to appointments throughout Ata scosa, Wilson, Bexar, and surrounding counties Help set up and pack up the mobile clinic equipment at each location Provide excellent, compassionate care to a variety of patients and clients Support day-to-day clinic operations as part of a small, hands-on team What You Need A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the clinic or locations we will be serving Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted Willingness to travel throughout Atascosa, Wilson, Bexar, and surrounding counties as needed Veterinary experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person RVT/LVT is great, but an experienced veterinary assistant is welcome to apply A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Schedule Full-time and part-time candidates welcome to apply This is also a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up relief shifts on a regular basis No weekends, Appointments Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling Typical hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some days starting earlier Compensation Competitive pay, based on experience.
