We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Veterinary Receptionist / Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing essential support to our veterinary staff. Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process. Be the reason someone smiles each visit, every time. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications with pet owners Possibly assist veterinary technicians and veterinarians with animal restraint during examinations and procedures Handle animal care tasks such as feeding, cleaning kennels, and monitoring animal behavior Help maintain accurate medical records, update client information, and document treatments using veterinary software Provide a point of contact for clients regarding pet care, nutrition, grooming, and general health maintenance Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the workplace. Handle front desk responsibilities including answering phones, processing payments, and managing client inquiries Assist with animal husbandry tasks when required Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment conducive to efficient workflow and animal safety Prior experience working in a veterinary setting are preferred.
