This unique position combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on veterinary assisting, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and restraint Clean and stock exam rooms and treatment areas Help maintain a clean, organized hospital Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent customer service and communication skills Enjoys working with both people and animals Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask Thrives in a busy veterinary environment Has veterinary or medical experience (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!)

Schedule Requirements:

Part-time or full-time availability Must be available to work afternoons Saturday availability is required (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
