Veterinary Technician/ Experienced Veterinary Assistant Animal Hospital of Emporia Animal Hospital of Emporia is a small animal hospital located in Emporia, Virginia which is due south of Richmond, 10 miles from the North Carolina border, and 15 miles north of Roanoke Rapids. We are seeking full-time or part-time experienced (minimum 1 year) Veterinary Technicians or Experienced Veterinary Assistant. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Monitoring anesthesia, assisting in surgery, getting TPR's with history, dental prophylaxis, drawing blood, performing laboratory tests, taking digital radiographs, IV catheter placement. $13 - $25 Job type: full-time or part-time Qualifications At least 1 year of experience required, Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred.
