Veterinary Journey - Our Tiered Growth Path We don't believe in dead-end jobs. We have developed levels programs for both our veterinary assistants and licensed technicians, offering clear expectations and pathways for growth: Tier 1: Entry-level or students; focus on clinical foundations and mentorship. Tier 2: Competent clinical assistants; independent in outpatient rooms and diagnostics. Tier 3: Advanced/Surgical leads; seasoned producers in surgery and workflow management. What You'll Do (Duties)
Clinical Excellence:
Provide high-standard restraint and assistance for examinations and advanced procedures.
Patient Advocacy:
Maintain our commitment to low-stress patient handling and championing medical recommendations to our clients.
Technical Support:
Assist in laboratory diagnostics (fecals, cytologies, bloodwork) and surgical preparation.
Collaborative Care:
Work alongside our DVMs and LVTs in a high-tech, paperless clinical environment.
